Biggest DROP- Benny Blanco/Calvin Harris- I Found You (-20)

New Entrants
~First we'll start off with Who Do You Love. I'm surprised this is the lowest debut, but I'm already calling biggest jump next week. In summary, the song, vocals, and that amazing production make it super awesome and amazing. So short & sweet for the 3rd time.

~Next will be SICKO MODE which is bound to flop because it's rap and this is the closest Hits 1 has gotten to rap in some time. This will flop so the only reason it's on here is for Hits 1 relevance so they aren't considered irrelevant. That's the only reason why God's Plan and In My Feeling were on here, for their relevance. Anyways, the song is nice, vocals are blah, but I don't mind yeah. Good overall.

~Next is Sue Me. I'll do a summary here, too. The song is appealing on first listen, but as you listen to it more it gets boring and is pretty forgettable. Sure Sabrina's vocals are nice, but the production bores the hell out of you, but I can see why people can like it.

~Next is Dancing With A Stranger. You know me as an upbeat, hype, fast-paced kind of guy so the only reason its blue is because I personally don't like it. If were sped up and more elements were added so it's the same old production when you listen it'd be great. The production makes it blue, but this could go green.

~Next is Wait For You. Jake's vocals are decent, but the production kills everything. The lyrics are way too simple to the point that a middle school kid whose "girlfriend" left for summer vacation would write this, I mean c'mon you could've put more time into that writing. However, the god-awful production doe not sound good with and w/o his voice. That kills everything.

~Finally is 7 Rings. Summary since this is 3rd time explaining song. Voice is good throughout most of the song. Like the production. Flex anthem that shows you how to waste money on your friends to the point where kindergarteners could do the same thing with Ringpops, but she Ariana so she can get away with that.

Wait For Blurbs

Heh Heh, you don't get the jo-, ok, I'll stop

~It's nice to see that Sexual Vibe and Tell Me Its Over shot high this week.

~On the flipside, I Found You, broken, and Machine took drops closing in on Bottom 5 this is probably the last of then although the former needed a little bit more time on here, while the the latter and following one are kind of overdue on this list considering the third is and probably will never be a hit.

~This Feeling is #1 again and I'm not thrilled, but props to slowing Without Me's momentum, but to be honest we need to whole Top 10 (besides #9) to be done with their time up there and let others take the spaces.

~Quick splurges from Hey Look Ma, I Made It, one which I hope won't last too long, Chlorine, which has no need to be on here, and Limitless which hopefully leaves next week.

~Don't Leave Me Alone's drop is overdue considering it's not even a hit.

~As far as exits go, I thought Trust My Lonely and breathin' had more left in them, Say Amen, In My Blood, and Back To You had lengthy runs and superb peaks too. However, Ocean To Ocean was useless considering only lasting two weeks, therefore just killing one song's time on this list like Electricity or Woman Like Me.

HitBound

  • Lil Peep/iLoveMakonnen/Fall Out Boy- I've Been Waiting
  • LSD/Lil' Wayne- Genius (Remix) (DEBUT)
  • Rita Ora- Let You Love Me
  • Imagine Dragons- Bad Liar
  • Gestaffelstien/The Weeknd- Lost In The Fire
  • Panic! At The Disco- Dancing's Not A Crime
  • Madison Beer/Offset- Hurts Like Hell (DEBUT)
  • Post Malone- Wow.
  • Meghan Trainor- All The Ways (DEBUT)
  • Lauv/Troye Sivan- I'm So Tired
  • Kelsea Ballerini- Miss Me More
  • Maren Morris- GIRL (DEBUT)
  • Kelsey Karter- Harry (DEBUT)
  • lovelytheband- maybe, i'm afraid
  • grandson- Apologize
~We'll start off with Genius (Remix). It's amazing how they put Lil' Wayne on the track because it's way better than the original one. Also, they're anti-rap too sooooo. Anyways,  Lil' Wayne's verse is great and the rest song is great too. Go see My Top 40 Week of 2/2/19 for a more thorough review.

~Next is Hurts Like Hell. Now if you've been viewing My Top 20/40 for some time before the extension, you saw this song on my list. It was great at first but got less appealing with each play, to the point where now it's kind of blah and majority of these HitBound this week are. Anyways, Madison's vocals are good and so is the production, but it's not an appealing song.

~Next is All The Ways. This song is not bad, but again not appealing. Meghan's decent vocals mixed with the boring production makes it blah. I can't really explain anymore except that the lyrics are underwritten and needed more thought, it's just a simple, boring, love song.

~Next we have Maren Morris with GIRL. This song is basically the same as All The Ways. The decent vocals from Maren mixed the even more blah and boring mixtape makes me not like it more. Also, I'm a little bit biased on the fact that all country music is terrible and will never be good, so that's throwing it done more.

~Finally we have Harry. This song is like Apologize, but it's more organized. The grating vocals the crappy production, and the stupid underwritten lyrics make a bad song. This song shouldn't come near to debut.
