Hello to this late post. I am starting to do my year-end stuff now. I am currently ranking then as I'm doing Top 50 songs for year-end. It's hard to choose between all these songs so, it'll take some time. Anyways, let's see the dropouts.

New Entrants
~First is a long-awaited song by the name of Natural. This song has been on here since my first post or well week of starting My Top 20. I like the rhythm and the beat. The vocals are good, and that screaming gives it that OOMPH! However, not sure how it will do considering how long it was on Possibilities.

~Next is Woman Like Me that just happened to debut here. It was first a so and so whether to be put on Possibilities then it got good enough to get on it and look where it is. Also, that is the reason I leave the Possibilities link on the side because more can be added through the week, so yeah. Anyways, vocals are great and Nicki Minaj has a great part. This is a tough race between this song and Wings.

~Now, we have Sweet But Psycho by rising artist Ava Max. You heard my review on this on Hits 1. Anyways, here it is in a nutshell. Hated it at first, then liked it, great vocals, good beat, good overall.

~Finally, we have If You're Over Me by Years & Years, but by a remix of NOTD. The remix is great and there original song overall. Can't say much it's just really good.

The Other Blurbs
~Looks like High Hopes escaped Bottom 5.

~With my new tactic of ranking their final positions it's hard for me to see what goes up and down so I thought that songs like Diamond Heart and Sweet But Psycho would be higher and Alone and The Greatest Show were lower.

~It's pretty impressive to see songs jump off a debut. I guess Say My Name and The Other Side were able to accomplish it.

~Rumors and Shotgun both took decent drops, putting the former closer to the bottom half and the latter in the Bottom 5 for the first time.

~At this point it seems like Faded is just all over the place there is like no trend whether if it will go up or down.

~On the flipside, we have a high jump from Say My Name.

~As far as dropouts, I think all the songs have been wearing off on me here, but that just gives an opportunity for the upcoming songs. Also, we have our first #1 dropout represented by Slow Hands so congrats, I guess?

Possibilities
Arms Around You-XXXTentacion, Lil Pump ft. Swae Lee, Maluma

New Entrants (If there is orange don't mind the orange I dunno what is happening)
~First we'll start off with Let Me Down Slowly. To be honest I could care less about this song. I first thought HE was a she. Searched him up and there is no way that's him singing. He sounds like a kid but I like the music better so...yeah I could care less about this song and what happens. Hopefully it stayed on Hitbound long enough for it to flop here.

~Nervous...This is one of the worst songs from Shawn Mendes that is a fact. I don't like the production. His vocals sound a little scratchy and the music is bland. Hopefully it flops because of that long run on Hitbound.

~Sunflower is up next and again it's whatever as in its just here. It's okay I mean I just don't like it as well as the other green songs. I don't know an exact reason for why my negative opinion on this song, I just don't like it. Vocals are good overall. Production can be a tiny bit better.

~Finally a song that definitely deserves to be on here, we have Consequences. I feel as this a little bit out of Camila's style, but she aced this one really good. The orchestra is just relaxing. I like her vocals and the production is great. The lyrics are deep and meaningful so yeah, it definitely deserved a spot and I hope it gets pushed up.

Hitbound
Ava Max– Sweet But Psycho (DEBUT)
Twenty One Pilots– Chlorine
James Arthur– Empty Space (DEBUT)
Little Mix & Nicki Minaj– Woman Like Me
5 Seconds Of Summer– Killer Queen
Steve Aoki ft. BTS– Waste It On Me
Lauv & Julia Michaels– There's No Way
David Guetta ft. Anne-Marie– Don't Leave Me Alone
Olly Murs ft. Snoop Dogg Moves
Ellie Goulding/Diplo ft. Swae Lee– Close To Me
Ariana Grande– thank u, next
Imagine Dragons- Machine
Zara Larsson– Ruin My Life (DEBUT)
Lauren Jauregui– Expectations

Newcomers
~First we have Sweet But Psycho by an upcoming artist Ava Max. When I first heard this I was like this is BAD. Now, after more listens it's really good. Her vocals are great and I like the music. This song has put a real good first impression on me definitely.

~Next, is Empty Space by James Arthur. I can't say much but what I can say that this is not James Arthur. The trap he attempts doesn't go well with his vocals for a man who can sing pretty high. He sings so low at first you probably won't even know its him. This is not a good song, especially coming from someone very talented and has great potential like James Arthur.

~Last is Ruin My Life by Zara Larsson which has apparently has become big on Spotify. This song is whatever but sometimes I want to just want to listen to some Don't Go Breaking My Heart. That is only sometimes. Her vocals are good and the music is whatever. Soon enough that "I want to ruin my life, to ruin my life,  to ruin my life" will make me turn this blue and eventually pending how long it stays to red.

My Bottom 5 Hitbound Picks
#1 TIE-Machine-Imagine Dragons
#1 TIE-Waste It On Me-Steve Aoki ft. BTS
#3-There's No Way-Lauv & Julia Michaels
#4-Killer Queen-5 Seconds Of Summer
#5-Empty Space-James Arthur

My Top 5 Hitbound Picks
#1-Sweet But Psycho-Ava Max
#2-Close To Me-Ellie Goulding & Diplo ft. Swae Lee
#3-Woman Like Me-Little Mix & Nicki Minaj
#4-thank u, next-Ariana Grande
#5-Moves-Olly Murs ft. Snoop Dogg

Youngblurbs
~Very surprised Shotgun and Beautiful hung on and Lie moved up.

~Kamikaze took a huge drop out Top 20 to Bottom 10 could possibly be gone next week.

~I Wanna Know and God is a woman dropped out Top 30 which I could care less.

~On the other hand we've got notable jumps from Don't Go Breaking My Heart which is NOT OK, Girls Like You is able to bounce back from last week's big drop which now is starting to grow on me after the break me and this song had, and finally, Without Me...Top 3 close to #1 which is probably what's gonna happen.

~I knew that Hey Look Ma, I Made It wouldn't have lasted in Top 10.

~Yay on Promises and Tequila dropping out of Top 20.

~Surprised that Side Effects is rising back up, but that'll probably change.

~Really...Youngblood leads again I thought Hits 1 would make Happier #1 for another week. I mean, it'll probably claim the spot again soon.

~Overall this week was a let-down. Jumps from crappy songs, drops from decent-good songs, and Youngblood #1 again? Hopefully High Hopes can claim an 8th, at least it'll prevent Without Me and Youngblood from snagging it.

~Almost forgot our dropouts. Jackie Chan just flopped being on here was pointless. Heart To Break had its moment but just randomly left. Free Free Free was unexpected to me from Top 25 to-...oh it's gone well that was a flop to. Finally, Drew Barrymore was just there too. A moral is the longer you are on Hitbound, and if Hits 1 isn't a stan on you or the song, you have a higher percentage of flopping as shown by Jackie Chan and Free Free Free

Biggest Drop-The Way I Am-Charlie Puth (-18)

Biggest Jump-Hey Look Ma, I Made It-Panic! At The Disco (+17)

And Only For a Minute, I Want To Blurb Your Spirits
~I feel like now Shotgun and Beautiful are on their last legs. Hopefully, some good Hitbound songs will replace them.

~Can we please kick out Delicate and The Middle?

~I'm definitely fine with big drops from The Way I Am and Girls Like You.

~I know Hits 1 stan these people, but can we not keep pushing Without Me, Youngblood, and My Blood.

~I'm pretty surprised that Big Mistake passed breathin', and Promises jumped into the Top 15.

~Hey Look Ma, I Made It took a big jump into the Top 10, although I don't think it'll last long. Hopefully Lost In Japan will take it.

~I can't believe that Body is getting pushed up.

~I'm totally fine with Happier taking #1 again, at least it prevented Youngblood from taking a 4th week.

Hitbound

~Since there are no new entrants to Hitbound here is my overview. Machine sounds like a campfire song with that unnecessary screaming. All songs in red are just bad. All songs in blue I could care less about. Songs in green are just good overall. Consequences is put in purple because Hits 1 bullied me by taking out Swae Lee from Close To Me when they didn't take him out of Sunflower. Damn you, Hits 1, damn you.

My Top 20, Week Of November 17, 2018 Ellie Goulding, Diplo, Swae Lee (2)

Hey guys. So I didn't post anything else since Wednesday which was when my first blogs were. I'm planning to do this week's Hits 1 and next week's Billboard (maybe even this past week). Anyways, this countdown was set to have 7 debuts but it was narrowed only down to 4. So, to know these debuts we first must know the dropouts.
Dropouts:
Rite Now-Miles Ali (#8)
The Way I Am-Charlie Puth (#15)
2002-Anne-Marie (#17)
Better Now-Post Malone (#20)

#20-Too Much To Ask-Niall Horan (#19) (-1)

#18-Faded-Alan Walker (#12) (-6)

#15-Spectre-Alan Walker (#13) (-2)
#14-Too Much To Ask (TRU Concept Remix)-Niall Horan ft. TRU Concept (#7) (-7) (1 week at #1)
#13-The Greatest Show-PATD! (#4) (-9) (1 week at #1)
#12-Diamond Heart-Alan Walker ft. Sophia Somajo (DEBUT)
#11-Shotgun-George Ezra (#14) (+3) (2 weeks at #1)
#10-Say My Name-David Guetta ft. Bebe Rexha, J Balvin (DEBUT)
#9-Moonlight-XXXTentacion (#9) (=)
#8-Alone-Alan Walker (#10) (+2) (2 weeks at #1)
#7-Darkside-Alan Walker ft. Au/Ra, Tomine Harket (#5) (-2) ( 2 weeks at #1)
#6-Waiting For Love-Avicii ft. Martin Garrix, Simon Aldred (#18) (+12)
#5-The Other Side-MAX, Ty Dolla $ign (DEBUT)
#4-Big Mistake-Alex Aiono (#2) (-2)
#3-Rumors-R3HAB ft. Sofia Carson (DEBUT)
#2-All Falls Down-Alan Walker ft. Noah Cyrus, Digital Farm Animals, Juliander (#3) (+1)
#1-Close To Me-Ellie Goulding ft. Diplo, Swae Lee (2nd week at #1) (#1) (=)

New Entrants (after seeing this on my Hits 1 friends' blogs I decided to do this for my Top 20. Also, next week I might change this format to the Hits 1 format my friends do.)
~First up is Diamond Heart by Alan Walker in which you may be getting tired of and Sophia Somajo who I've never heard of until this song was released. This song wasn't really one I favored in at first and didn't really like it. It was a medium-fast not like Sing Me To Sleep nor Spectre in which are way different in tempo. After coming back to it, I realized (like I did with Faded, Slow Hands, and The Way) that it had more value. Sophia's voice is a decent-good. Can't say much, Alan is doing his magic so yeah, that's why it's the lowest debut.

~Next is Say My Name by David Guetta, Bebe Rexha, and J Balvin. I learned that this song was supposed to have Demi Lovato instead of Bebe, but you know Demi's whole story so yeah. Guetta gives off that tropical vibe, Bebe's voice is a decent-good, Balvin...I dunno good Spanish?? Anyways.

~Our next song is from two artists who impressed me critically. These are MAX who I remember from that trashy single known as Lights Down Low, and Ty Dolla $ign who I never cared about his music. When I heard this I had no words especially for Ty Dolla $ign's part with what would be the chorus damn that part stands out. MAX is really good too, both displayed their full potential in the music industry. This is a standout from that remake of the "The Greatest Showman's" album.

~Finally, we have Rumors by R3HAB and Sofia Carson who I only know from Disney channel and those irritating Descendants movies in which the people in my house won't stop watching.
R3HAB is good with his part. Sofia's part is good, tbh, I don't know why it's above The Other Side. It's probably because I heard The Other Side last minute so I put where it is. Oh btw, thanks to Jack Farrell for this song because he is doing a rankdown and this is how I got into this song.

Diamond Blurbs
~Too Much To Ask is in orange because of it being in #20 but my preference would change from blue to green

~Slow Hands took quite a tumble might not stick around for a while

~Tbh with you guys High Hopes was set up to be a dropout as was Slow Hands and Too Much To Ask. However, as I went through the songs one last time before my final decisions, I felt as if they should stay. Also, High Hopes was supposed to be blue because I heard of so much it started to become annoying, but then there was a little break and it was back up to green. This is probably because it's number 3 on radio.

~Lost In Japan took a big drop due to negligence. Also, it may be starting to grow out of me which would be quick for a song debuted 2 weeks ago.

~Too Much To Ask's remix and The Greatest Show took quite a tumble as well, not a good week for Niall or PATD!.

~I thought songs Shotgun and Alone were going to drop instead of going up.

~I recently learned that Martin Garrix and Simon Aldred were also part of the song Waiting For Love, with Garrix helping Avicii with the music, and Simon on the vocals.

~Close To Me is able to hang on for a second at #1 which is rare at this point as literally every song after Shotgun has only hung on for one week at #1.

~As far as exits, oh look, I'm doing this too, Anyways, Rite Now I feel had no reason on this list. 2002 and The Way I Am just left as it was their time to leave. Better Now I knew it wasn't going anywhere. This song is probably my most favored of Malone, and it just hung out in the bottom for a majority of the time. Guess I'm not a big fan of Malone.

Possibilities
Lost In Japan-Shawn Mendes
Natural-Imagine Dragons
Arms Around You-XXXTentacion, Lil Pump ft. Swae Lee, Maluma (if I had to)
Consequences (orchestra)-Camila Cabello (DEBUT)
thank u, next-Ariana Grande (DEBUT)
If You're Over Me (NOTD Remix)-Years & Years ft. NOTD (DEBUT) (Thanks Jack) :)

Close To Blurbs
~As you can see almost 50% of the song went down two.

~Waiting For Love, 2002, High Hopes, The Way I Am, and Shotgun were able to stick together since last week.

~Too Much To Ask is growing out quick as you can see from the big drop. It's just getting too mellow and slow for me.

~Shotgun is close to nearing bottom 5.

~Speaking of Bottom 5 High Hopes and 2002 have entered that while Spectre was able to escape it.

~I had a feeling The Greatest Show wouldn't last another week at #1

~Big Mistake makes a high debut this week. I first this on Hits 1 and it sounded really good. His vocals are great and so is the production is great. He is a very talented individual and deserves to be heard. However, this next song was better for me.

~This is Close To Me by the returning Ellie Goulding featuring Diplo and the very impressive Swae Lee as he has finally found his voice. Swae Lee is a great addition to this song unlike Hits 1 who just totally pissed me off when they took him out. For Ellie Goulding, this is a great song to come back out with. Her vocals are great even though she sounds a little quiet first. For Diplo, he shines better without Sia and Labrinth in LSD as Close To Me is WAY better than Thunderclouds and Audio. So yeah, this song is really good that's why it's #1 this week.

Possibilities
Lost In Japan-Shawn Mendes
Arms Around You-XXXTentacion ft. Lil Pump, Swae Lee, Maluma (DEBUT)
This Love-Maroon 5
Nevermind-Dennis Lloyd
Natural-Imagine Dragons

The Greatest Blurbs
~Goodbye, 2002, and High Hopes took big drops due to negligence

~You're going to disappointed about the biggest jump (I guess)

~You can go listen to Rite Now right now (pun not intended) and say all the crap you want to say but just hear that background. Tbh, it's better than the vocals, which is why it might flop.

~Lost In Japan is a really good song and so is the remix which placed here. I am a more EDM/Dance music type of guy as you should see by all of the Alan Walker songs. However, the original has potential to debut.

~Slow Hands took a decent down 5 but is still in the Top 10.

~Tbh, I don't how Moonlight, All Falls Down, and Shotgun, managed to stay in the same spots with all the high debuts this week.

~Speaking of All Falls Down, this song literally is so close to #1 every week, but then a new song comes in to play and ruins its chances of #1. Hopefully, this will end next week.

~Weren't expecting #1 did ya?

Possibilities
Lost In Japan-Shawn Mendes (DEBUT)
